Ash Epps is a Visual Artist from Baltimore Maryland specializing in Fine Art Photography, Youth Engagement, and Cultural Preservation

Their work centers around Highlighting the unique sub sections of culture for Black and Brown people in the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly those in Baltimore City and the DMV area. Documenting and supporting the local youth in their extracurricular activities and overall education.

While simultaneously representing and questioning history as an active influence, that is not something to be forgotten but used as a tool to build a better future. Their work also showcases spirituality and honoring their roots.

They received their BFA from Morgan State University in 2020, and their MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2025 from the Photography + Media & Society Program.
